La Casa delle Ginestre is a prestigious villa quietly set in a peaceful valley surrounded by a park of 75,000 sq m only 30 minutes drive from Rome, Vatican City, and a few kilometers from Lake Bracciano and Trevignano, a small village built on the crater of a volcano.

Arriving at the clearing surrounding the house was plunged into the atmosphere that invites relaxation and peacefulness. All around the valley the forest beyond the eye. The house was built in the 80s, a recent building work has allowed the warm hospitality typical of the house met modern hospitality solutions dedicated to total comfort. The result is an ambience comfortable and discreet to ensure our guests peace and privacy, but not only. La Casa delle Ginestre is a perfect combination between tradition and modern can guarantee an unforgettable holiday. Guests can choose to relax in the villa, swim in the pool overlooking the valley, or venturing into the wood that surrounds the villa, or discover life outside the home by sailing or windsurfing in the lake o Bracciano, riding in park or playing golf. The house is divided into three housing solutions for a total of 2,200 sqm. The owners, when present, living in one of the houses share a large swimming pool with other guests, as were their friends. A great attention was paid to construction materials, terracotta floors, wooden ceilings, kitchen with stone and wood stove, fireplace in living room, all to give pleasant feelings. |

Within a large and bright living room with fireplace and bar, comfortable dining room enhanced by a large fireplace for an unforgettable grilling even in cold winter nights and a comfortable table for 8 / 12 people. Continuing are the four spacious rooms bedrooms each with private bath. The villa is fully furnished in modern style perfectly harmonized with the old one and equipped with all facilities. Its excellent location in the center of the valley surrounded by the dense wood gives it a natural reserve and hides the eyes of the few homes nearby. | |
